Who can use Bur-Del services?
Eligibility depends on the service, your location, an assessment and current program rules. Some programs support older people, people with disability, children and families, tenants or people seeking community support.
Do I need a referral or assessment?
Some services require an assessment or funded plan. Call our team and we will explain the appropriate pathway, including My Aged Care, the NDIS or Queensland community support access.
Does Bur-Del only support Indigenous people?
Bur-Del was founded to support Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Australian South Sea Islander families and remains committed to culturally safe services. A number of our programs also support eligible non-Indigenous community members.
